Eligibility conditions for Walloon renovation grants

SPW Logement renovation grants are accessible to landlords (occupants and lessors) of properties located in the Walloon Region.

Landlord specificity

Application procedure

Steps to follow

  1. Obtain a quote from a contractor registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises
  2. Submit the application online on the SPW Logement portal
  3. Await approval from the SPW (timeframe: 3 to 6 months)
  4. Complete the works within 18 months of approval
  5. Submit invoices and proof of payment
  6. Receive the grant (timeframe: 2 to 4 months after closing)
