Who pays

Repairs due to the outgoing tenant’s damage are deducted from their rental deposit. Works due to wear and tear or improvements are the landlord’s responsibility.

Welcoming the new tenant

Moving day: key handover

  1. Carry out a detailed move-in inventory
  2. Hand over keys and access badges
  3. Provide the co-ownership rules (if applicable)
  4. Share useful contacts (management agent, emergencies)
  5. Explain how equipment works

  • Signed and registered lease

  • Contact details of the landlord and management agent

First week

  • Verify that the meters have been read
  • Confirm the rental deposit has been set up
