In Belgium

A conciliation report (proces-verbal de conciliation / proces-verbaal van verzoening) records an agreement reached during conciliation. Signed by both parties and the judge, it has the force of an enforceable title.

If one party fails to comply, the other can enforce it directly via a bailiff without a new procedure.

Good to know
A conciliation report is as powerful as a judgment but reached by agreement rather than imposed. Faster, cheaper and more likely to be respected.

Practical example

A tenant agrees to repay 2,000 EUR arrears over 4 months. The report records the plan. After 2 months, the tenant stops paying. The landlord enforces directly via a bailiff.
