Notification channels: receive your alerts by email, SMS, or directly in the application. You can combine multiple channels for the most critical alerts.

Timing: choose to be notified 7, 14, 30, or 60 days before a deadline. Default timings are calibrated according to Belgian legal obligations (6-month notice period, indexation notification, etc.).

Recipients: if you manage your properties with a co-owner or manager, you can add additional recipients for certain alerts.

The notification system runs in the background without any intervention on your part once configured. It adapts automatically when you add a new property or lease.
