Principle
The rent is calculated using a formula that takes into account the household’s income and the dwelling’s value. It generally does not exceed one third of income.
Calculation example

|---|---|
| 1,200 EUR | 250-350 EUR |
| 1,800 EUR | 350-500 EUR |
| 2,500 EUR | 450-650 EUR |
Service charges
In addition to rent, the social tenant pays: building common charges, individual consumption (water, electricity, gas), and the rental deposit (capped).
