Bare ownership vs Temporary bare ownership
Bare ownership is a divided property right where the holder owns the property but does not have enjoyment of it, this being reserved for the usufructuary. / Temporary bare ownership is a division of ownership for a determined period, where the bare owner recovers full ownership upon expiry of the temporary usufruct.
Successive usufruct vs Usufruct
Successive usufruct is an arrangement whereby the usufruct is attributed successively to several beneficiaries, the second only enjoying it upon the death or renunciation of the first. / Usufruct is a temporary real right to enjoy a property belonging to another, as a true owner, with the obligation to preserve its substance.
