As a tenant in Belgium, you benefit from strong legal protections. The legal framework varies by Region (Brussels, Wallonia, Flanders) but the fundamental principles are common.

Tenant obligations

Day-to-day

  • Pay rent and charges on time
  • Maintain the property (minor repairs)

At the end of the lease
