Federal housing aid

PCSW (all Regions)

The PCSW is the primary point of contact for people in housing difficulty. It can provide:

  • A rent supplement
  • Constitution of the rental deposit
  • Moving assistance
  • Social support

Tax deduction

Tenants do not benefit from any specific tax deduction for rent in Belgium. Only owner-occupiers can benefit from certain tax advantages.
